I.T. Technologies is a premium and independent service provider of technical support for consumers and small businesses. we support and provide software issues.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Following terms and conditions ("terms of use") upon your acceptance become the primary guidelines of service and relationship between I.T. Technologies and you "you represent the person who is authorising the services as an individual or a person who is authorizing on behalf of an organization"). you should read them carefully and acknowledge them as they contain important instructions and information such as the duration of applicability, privacy, fees for early termination, limitations of liability, our rights to change its conditions and settlement of disputes by negotiation instead of in court. you on accepting this agreement, confirms the application of the terms and conditions to all your service plans from us, which also include all your existing plans. your acceptance of these terms & conditions will be implied by the use of the I.T. Technologies service. All services will be provided until the company runs its operations. Once company winds up its operations, all future services will be elapsed.

DATA PROTECTION:

If customer loses any of data or information because of any hardware fault,I.T. Technologies will not be responsible for the loss. However, I.T. Technologies guides the customers with best of the ability at least to save or backup his/her important information.

I.T. Technologies does not provide data backup or restoration services. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials and software stored on your computer and storage media before ordering the services. You acknowledge and agree that I.T. Technologies or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software or hardware that may arise out of the services.

Refund Policy

We take utmost care about the packages purchased by our customers through I.T. Technologies. We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to the I.T. Technologies Tech Support services. However, sometimes things go wrong or in the unlikely event related to the I.T. Technologies Tech Support services, we do have refund policy for our customers.

There are some eligibility criteria for refund of amount, which are as follows:

You are eligible for:

Full refund: if issue is not resolved within 7 days, for incident based plan only.
Full refund: if issue is not resolved within 7 days, for incident based plan only.
Subscription based plan, you will be eligible for full refund if none of the issues are resolved within 15 days after registration<
If one or more issues are resolved and customer still wants refund of his/her amount, then partial refund will be done, after deducting the service charge on resolved issues

You are not eligible for:

Any refund if the cases are closed after customer's permission.
Refund if within a week the case gets closed.

Cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer due to hardware damage, however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.

Note: I.T. Technologies is always with you for help in different ways. We encouraged that before filing any dispute directly from bank, kindly give us a call or email so that final settlement can be done on mutual understanding.

Office HOURS Our business hour is from 8AM to 5PM . Our Representative are available 24X7.

TRANSFER OF SERVICES:

The Services of your subscription are only transferable/switch once during the subscription period from one computer to another owned by you

DISCLAIMERS:

I.T. Technologies provides technical support related to software's only. I.T. Technologies is not responsible for any hardware or device damage. We do not provide any hardware support if device is damage or dead. In such case customer are requested to contact the manufacturer of the hardware or local computer shop from where he/she has purchased the device.

I.T. Technologies is an independent service provider and not associated with any other third party.

I.T. Technologies support staff are trained & certified Technicians but do not necessarily hold any certifications from any third party unless specified.

Permission to Access your Device: You are authorizing I.T. Technologies technicians to access and control your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair. In connection with delivering the services, I.T. Technologies technicians may download and use software, gather system data, take remote control of your computer, access or modify your computer settings. By accepting these terms, you hereby grant I.T. Technologies the right to connect to your computer, download and use software on your computer to gather system data, repair your computer, take remote control of your computer and change the settings on your computer while performing the services. You agree that I.T. Technologies Team has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the services.
